Thank you for choosing our custom-made products! We strive to ensure your items are crafted with care and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy, along with instructions on how to return an item if necessary.

- All custom orders require a 3-day processing period to craft your item with the highest quality.
- Once your item is crafted and prepared, we will initiate the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer 7-10 business day delivery for all custom items after processing.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
- Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days, so orders placed on or around these dates may take a bit longer to arrive.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our items are custom-made to your specifications, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations
- Once an order for a custom-made item has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours. This is due to the personalized nature of the product.
International Shipping
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
